The Opportunity
This role is designed for someone ready to step into leadership with room to grow into a director-level position. You'll have influence over both client work and internal development, with the autonomy to operate at a high level.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and review tax work across a wide range of entities, including individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofits
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them make informed financial decisions
- Lead and mentor team members, supporting their technical and professional development
- Stay ahead of evolving tax regulations and share insights across the team
- Contribute to building a strong, collaborative office environment in a growing location
What You Bring
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in tax preparation and review across multiple entity types
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a public accounting or advisory environment
- Strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to staying current on tax law
- Ability to build trust with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to team success
